Salt Water Disposal

R-Tex Services LLC has built Salt Water Disposal Systems in the DJ Basin in Colorado, the Bakken Shale in North Dakota the Barnett Shale, Cline Shale, Eagleford Shale, and Haynesville Shale in Texas, Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania, Fayetteville Shale in Arkansas, and in the Oklahoma Region (Woodford Shale) in Oklahoma. All of the facilities were constructed for commercial use and are considered high volume facilities, up to 30,000 barrels a day. The Facilities are built with tanks on concrete in efforts to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

The Salt Water Disposal’s are designed and built with the primary goal of minimal down time. The facilities are constructed with the most reliable equipment economically available put together with as many redundancies as possible. The next goal is to protect the well at all cost from solids to oil. The surface facilities are built with quality materials that are chosen for a long life expectancy for the System. The pictures illustrate the cleanliness and ease of the Salt Water Facilities.

The systems includes custom design oil tanks, gun barrel tanks, and settling tanks. All the starters for the pumps and automation are housed in a climate controlled electrical room. The systems use the latest technology in oil separation tanks in efforts to maximize your return and keep the oil out of the well. Dynas-phere Lightning Protection is used to keep the facility safe from lightning, and keep the entire system static grounded to minimize the risk of fire.
